MAD ABOUT MICHAEL

Feeling a little emotional right now. I just saw the Michael Jackson Experience—and I say experience, not movie, because it truly felt like a journey. From the early days of the Jackson 5 to Michael Jackson stepping fully into his solo greatness, it took me back.
Michael was my first crush, and like millions of other girls, I just knew I was going to be Mrs. Michael Jackson. Well… we know how that turned out. Not all dreams come true. 😊
Watching it brought back so many memories—both beautiful and bittersweet. I cried more than a few times. Major kudos to Producer Graham King, Director Antoine Fuqua, and this incredible cast: Jaafar Jackson, Nia Long, and Colman Domingo.
Jaafar did the work—period. His preparation showed, and he captured Michael’s essence in a way that felt almost unreal. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear Michael was still with us.
The production quality? Top tier. The music? Everything. I found myself bouncing and grooving right there in my comfy recliner seat.
The only downside? It ended. I needed more. Maybe a sequel is coming… and if it is, I’ll be there.
Just call my name. 🎤
